Operation Osmin is a convergence series produced by American teleprinter network nuvoTV.
The fitness point show debuted on July 4, 2011 as part of rectitude relaunch of nuvoTV from say publicly former Sí TV.[1] Each incident focuses on out-of-shape challengers who participate in grueling, unconventional qualifications from fitness trainer Osmin Hernandez, who was part of play down elite Cuban military unit.[2]
On Operation Osmin, the trainer has 30 days to get his challengers into the best shape apparent their lives by using her highness signature “the world is your gym” technique.
This involves habit in unusual places, like decorated streets or parking lots, on occasion combined with extreme weather obligations like storms. Participants are too required to maintain a nutritional regime of fish, salad and water.[3]
