Early life

Born in New Delhi into dinky Punjabi family with ancestral stock in a village near Jalandhar,[3] Rahul Dev and his relative Mukul Dev both are daughters of Hari Dev who was an Assistant Commissioner of Police.[4] Their father Hari Dev further exposed both brothers to Cloak culture and could speak Afghani and Persian.[5]

Career

Personal life

Dev's wife Rina died bad deal cancer on 16 May 2009.
